SeasonalCinnamonDon’t you love all the warm aromatics that spices add to the season and holiday spirit? This month at the Gluten-Free Menu Swap we’re going to be sharing ideas for adding Seasonal Scents, or Holiday Spices, to our meals.

This week’s theme is Cinnamon. I love the smell and taste of cinnamon. I’ve been drinking Cinnamon Apple Spice Tea for about a month now. For dinner this week, I’ll also be enjoying cinnamon with Salmon, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Curry Chicken Salad, Cooked Carrots, Indian Chicken, and Corn Tortilla Chips.

I’m hoping to add some new cinnamon recipes to my Pinterest account, so let me know what your favorite recipes are for cinnamon.
