Thank you for your “large pot” idea! I’m really into feeding an army now days. I’m thrilled when gluten free doesn’t have to be some tiny little box that serves 2 and costs an arm and a leg.

It sounds great (except the okra). I don’t have enough of the ingredients right now, but I’d like to give it a try. I’m like you with the weather changes. I used the grill during the hot weather and now I’m ready to turn the oven on and make some hearty warm foods.

I’m not a big okra fan, but I love everything else in your recipe. Andouille sausage is a great addition to the gumbo. I’ll have to try this soon. Thanks for sharing.
