Garden Grown – Menu Plan May 20

Visit Gluten Free Goodness for the Gluten-Free Menu Swap roundup this week. She chose Garden Grown as the theme.

I don’t have a garden, so I’ll have to rely on the herbs in my AeroGarden (mostly basil and mint because that seems to grow best in mine), and the Farmers’ Market. And, since I didn’t make it to the Farmers’ Market last week, I’ll have to try again this week. I’m hoping for spinach, potatoes, onions, and green beans.

Celiac Family’s Menu This Week:

Those pigs in a blanket are so cute! I’ve never had an Aero garden but I bet it’s better than going out and finding my herbs in the winter.
Have a great week!

[…]  Heather of Celiac Family has some herbs growing in an Aero garden. As usual, she has a pictorial food plan, which I love and my eyes went right to the Pigs in a blanket. I haven’t had those in forever (give or take) and I used to love them. What fun! […]

Cheryl- Yep, you can keep the AeroGarden right on the kitchen counter — so convenient!
