		<description>Sounds like a great plan, Heather! Your &quot;gingerbread&quot; houses look great to me. I don&#039;t think it much matters what you make them out of. The fun is in the activity itself ... the decorating, etc. Kelly at The Spunky Coconut even made one with her girls using salt dough. Very cute. I have to confess I&#039;ve never made a gingerbread house of any kind before, so that may still be on my &quot;to do&quot; list.
