Gluten-Free Celery — Menu Plan October 9

For this week’s Gluten-Free Menu Swap, we are sharing ideas for using Celery in your meals. 

Celery is another fall vegetable that has many wonderful health benefits. High in anti-oxidants, celery supports your digestive system, lowers  inflammation, helps fight infections, and does even more to support your health.

Chop up the stalks for a nice crunch in your salads and stir-fries. Use seeds and leaves in soups and salads for flavor. Or, try a new recipe for a little variety in your menu plan.

Saturday – leftovers

Sunday – Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo with Cauliflower Rice
