In addition to the cookies, she says she keeps the slow-cookers going with soup and chili to keep everyone fed. For dinners this week, she’ll be making Slow-Cooker Island Pork Roast, Herbed Roast Beef for Christmas Eve dinner, and Thai Thighs. Christmas morning, her family will be enjoying  Caramel Pecan French Toast Casserole with Homemade Turkey Sausage.

Great recipes for entertaining and another yummy week in general at your house, Heather. Your Christmas menu sounds lovely. I’m so glad you included the link for your Chocolate Martini. I had forgotten about that recipe, but now I’ve added it to All Gluten-Free Desserts! It’s definitely my kind of drink and I’m sure tons of AGFD readers will love it, too. :-)

Merry Christmas!
Shirley

Thanks, Shirley! Chocolate just makes everything better, don’t you think? :)

Those egg rolls look interesting! I think I might put them on my new years menu. I’ve been pretty jealous of my husband all the Chinese food he’s been eating lately!
