Healthy Gluten-Free Holiday Drinks — Menu Plan December 25

Merry Christmas! I hope you are enjoying the holidays with friends and family. Or, just enjoying a peaceful day with healthy foods to fill you up. This is our last week of the Happy Healthy Holiday theme for the Gluten-Free Menu Swap. This week, we’re sharing ideas for Healthy Holiday Drinks to take us into the New Year celebrations, too. 

Don’t forget about the drinks you’re sipping this holiday season! Like many holiday recipes, they can be full of sugar, alcohol, and milk/cream, which can leave you feeling bloated, tired, and unbalanced. Here are some tasty alternatives that won’t make you feel left out of the holiday cheers!

All of these recipes I found are Gluten-Free (GF) and Dairy-Free (DF). Some are also Paleo (P), and/or Vegan (V). Some even have healthy, superfood ingredients, like antibacterial and antiviral herbs and spices, and vitamin-rich juices. Warm or cold, alcohol or not, use these festive recipes as a guide for healthier drink choices, but make any ingredient changes that work best for you.
