Gluten-Free Cauliflower — Menu Plan October 2

By · Print This Post Print This Post

It is officially Fall, and time for autumn harvest. At the Gluten-Free Menu Swap this week, we are sharing ideas for using Cauliflower in your meals.

There are a lot of healthy reasons to eat cauliflower, but perhaps it is the anti-inflammatory benefit that have made it so popular in recent times. These days, you can find recipes for a variety of ways to eat it: Cauliflower Rice, Mashed Cauliflower, Cauliflower Pizza Crust. You can even find Cauliflower Rice already prepared for you — both in the produce and the freezer sections of grocery stores.

I went looking online to find even more fun ideas for eating this disease-fighting vegetable:

Cauliflower Bacon Biscuits @ Paleo Hacks

Cauliflower Dirty Rice with Andouille Sausage @ Always Order Dessert

Cauliflower Pizza Bites @ Wicked Spatula

Cauliflower Rice Sushi @ Happy Healing

Cauliflower Tater Tots @ Paleo Hacks

Cinnamon Breakfast Pudding @ Holistically Engineered

Loaded Paleo Cauliflower Nachos @ My PCOS Kitchen

Shrimp Fried Cauliflower Rice @ Peace, Love, and Low Carb

Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings @ Jessica in the Kitchen

Vegan Creamy Cauliflower Shells and Cheese @ The Pretty Bee
