Did you over-cook for Thanksgiving this year and have a lot of food left after the big celebration? Perhaps you’re tired of turkey sandwiches and would like a little variety for your next meal.

Thanksgiving may be over, but if the leftovers are still lurking in your refrigerator, we’ve got some ideas to help you repurpose them into a new, delicious meal. Feel free to share your own ideas for Thanksgiving leftovers in the comments below.

Melissa’s family had a lot of turkey left after the holiday, so she put it in the freezer to use as needed. This week, she’s adding it to Turkey Pot Pie, 10-Bean Soup, and Turkey Chili. Melissa’s also planning dinners for Chicken Apple Sausage Soup, Beef & Baby Bok Choy Stir Fry, Sloppy Joes, Spaghetti Squash with Caramelized Onions and Bacon, and Spaghetti with Ground Beef.

Oh the beauty of Thanksgiving leftovers! Mine are all gone now (except for the last of a pot of Black-Eyed Pea Soup with Turkey and Ham. Sure wish I had some mashed potatoes to turn into the other great recipes you’ve shared. 😉

Thanks for including my Turkey Pot Pie recipe, Heather! I love that that recipe can also be made with vegetable broth and leftover veggies for a vegan version.
