		<description>Heather--Thanks so much for the mention! I wish the USDA and meats came under the allergen labeling law. It just seems nuts that they don&#039;t. I know the USDA encourages companies to show allergens on their labels, but why not go the extra step and require them to? Anyway, glad your turkey fit into your great pan! I&#039;m sticking with turkey breasts myself. ;-) (I just posted another turkey breast and stuffing recipe.)
