Wendy – I’m glad to hear the slow-cooked method worked well. I didn’t get mine started early enough to use the slow-cooker, so I tried the stock pot method on the stove. It was really good, too. Next time I’ll have to try the slow-cooked method with a GF beer, just to compare. Thanks.
