Healthier Gluten-Free Snacks — Menu Plan January 15

We’re continuing with Healthy Eating at Celiac Family this month.  This week, I’m sharing some recipe links for healthier snacks. All of them are gluten-free (GF) and Dairy-Free (DF), and most are also free of refined sugar (SF). There are also some suggestions for Vegan (V) and Paleo (P) diets.

Don’t be afraid to try them just because they don’t have sugar and dairy. They are just as tasty…really! They simply use more natural sources for sweetners, like fruit, dates, honey, maple syrup, etc.

Eggs & Hashbrowns Casserole

Easy, Hearty Gumbo

Avocado Salsa

 

Monday – Egg and Hashbrowns Casserole, Fruit Salad

Tuesday – Hamburgers, French Fries, Garlic & Dill Zucchini

Wednesday – Gumbo with Rice

Thursday – Chicken Fajitas, Avocado Salsa

Friday – Eating Out

Saturday – Spaghetti & Meatballs, Spinach Salad

Sunday – Lamb Roast, Sweet Potatoes
