Lamb – Menu Plan March 25

By · Print This Post Print This Post

lambWelcome back to the Gluten-Free Menu Swap. This week’s theme is lamb. I don’t know about you, but I don’t typically buy, cook, or eat lamb. Though I don’t often eat it, I do enjoy it when I get the opportunity. I’m certainly not familiar with cooking it.

So, I thought I’d take this week to explore it a little more and find some new recipes to try. I searched through some of my favorite sites and found the tempting gluten-free recipes listed below. Not exactly sure which one I’m going to try first.

Check out the Gluten-Free Menu Swap roundup below for more gluten-free menus, recipe links, and perhaps ideas for including lamb in your meals.

Sounds like another yummy week in your house, Heather! Quick question on the fruit salad. Are you using frozen fruit for that or is there fresh fruit coming into CO from California?

Have a great week!

Hi! I don’t use lamb, so am excited to see some ideas. I think those sliders might be just the introduction we need! Yum!

Here is my menu for the week:

Have a wonderful week!

Shirley – Fresh! I much prefer fresh over frozen. I save the frozen fruit for smoothies. 🙂

Lamb isn’t on my menu for this week, but we love it marinated and grilled! I will be having some lamb stew when we go to our favorite Basque restaurant for my husband’s birthday dinner – it’s not something I’ve ever attempted because I know I’ll never be able to make it as good as theirs!

Here’s my menu for this week:

Me, too, Heather! I’m just surprised you can find fresh berries. Guess I better start sharing lots of berry recipes on All Gluten-Free Desserts, since some people already have them available. 🙂

Samantha – Grilling sounds good. Do you have a special marinade that you use for it?

Shirley – Well, they aren’t local summertime berries, but still pretty tasty. 🙂
