Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope everyone is celebrating all the love in your life today. Or, maybe you did that over the weekend? I’ve been busy preparing for my kids’ Valentine parties at school. Heart-shaped brownies for one class, and heart-shaped sugar cookies for the other. I also decided to make a heart-shaped pizza for dinner last night. Maybe that’s a little much, but I thought it was fun. After last night’s pizza, I decided to make something a little spicy for me and my husband tonight. (My kids will get to eat leftover pizza.)
Are you making anything special for Valentine’s Day? Or, maybe you are braving the busy restaurants tonight and going out to dinner to celebrate. Cheryl at Gluten Free Goodness is hosting the Gluten Free Menu Swap today with “Food as Love” as the theme. So, if you’re still looking for some last-minute ideas, go see what everyone else is doing for a gluten-free Valentine’s Day.

What a good mama you are! Those cookies look like the ones I had growing up. Ah, memories. Wishing you and yours a fun Valentine’s day!

Love all the heart-shaped goodness and the rest of the menu, Heather!
As a former teacher, I well remember the Valentine’s Day parties (they’re flashing before my eyes now with some kids’ faces … now those “kids” are all grown up w/kids of their own though). Hope you survived all okay.
Happy Valentine’s Day!

I want to personally thank you for sharing your meal plans every week and helping this stressed out mom of a 4 yr old with Clieac (diagnosed at 2.5!) Hopefully this will help us all to eat better and lower the chaos in the kitchen. Bless you
