I'm so sorry to hear that the Z Pizza near you Closed! That is the only GF Pizza I have found that I am happy with! Don't bother trying Uno's again. I gave it a second try and it is just icky.
I just ordered a pizza crust from Udi's. A group of us from the area got together and made a group order to try the Udi's breads since everyone has been talking about how great they are. I'll let you know how it is.

Janine- Thanks for your input. I'll have to take a look at the pizza crust at Epicurious. Glad you're enjoying the tilapia recipe.

Heather - Thanks for your comments. The Chebe pizza crust is pretty quick and easy. The best part is the flavor and aroma of the herbs in it. However, it does sometimes get a little gummy in the middle.

I also like Amy's Rice Crust Pizza. I put it in the preheated oven on the rack and cook it for 5 minutes. I then add sliced raw onions and spinach and top with 2% shredded mozzarella cheese. I think the trick is to eat it right as it comes out of the oven.
Blessings,
Nikki

Hi Heather. I've tried several gluten free pizza crust recipes including Robert Landolfi's. I liked his better than others that I've made but agree that the number of ingredients make me not so excited to make it again. I googled gluten free pizza crust and found one on Epicurious.com. It is easy and by far the best one that I've made. Their directions use a pizza stone but I don't have one. I just make individual size crusts. I put the dough on parchment paper and use an offset spatula to spread the dough in a circle. I can fit two on a cookie sheet. Then I parbake the crusts for about 10 minutes. I use the parchment paper to separate them in a ziplock bag and freeze them when they are cooled. It's great for an easy meal when we need to fix something fast.

By the way, we love your parmesan tilapia. It's become a favorite meal at our house. Thanks for the great recipe!

Finding great gluten free pizza crust is so hard! I do however absolutely LOVE the glutino frozen pizzas! i've only tried the bbq chicken pizza but it's my favorite! i'll have to try the plain cheese one. I also love GlutenFreeMama's pizza crust that you make yourself using her mix. That one is pretty close to normal pizza crust, but it does take time to mix it, let it rise, cook it, then you add toppings and finish cooking. so it takes about an hour from start to finish before we can actually eat.
I just bought the Chebe pizza crust mix to try. Is it any good?
