I hope everyone had a nice 4th of July! This week’s Gluten Free Menu Swap is being hosted by Cheryl at Gluten Free Goodness. She’s chosen the timely theme of Freedom — Culinary Freedom, that is. I think I’ll get the kids back in the kitchen this week to help me prepare some of these salads and meals. Not exactly a freedom, but a step toward a future of culinary freedom.
Celiac Family’s Menu This Week:
Sunday – leftover night

You have tasty week lined up, Heather. I’m afraid my culinary freedom is turning into everyone for themselves at my house. The youngest did an orange sauce stir fry with chicken and broccoli and the menfolk ate leftovers and that’s as far as I’ve gotten. Have a great post-holiday week.

Always love your menu plans, Heather. We went out to eat last night for a very belated anniversary dinner and are eating leftovers tonight: fall-off-the-bones ribs and steamed shrimp with a salad. I’m looking forward to it!
See you already had your ribs this week. Have a good one … oh, and I might be over for pancakes as we haven’t had them in ages.

Hi Heather,
the ribs sound amazing…and who knows, maybe in a few years they’ll be like Wendy’s kids and whipping up their own meals!
have a reat week.
