I hope everyone had a nice 4th of July! This week’s Gluten Free Menu Swap [2] is being hosted by Cheryl at Gluten Free Goodness [2]. She’s chosen the timely theme of Freedom — Culinary Freedom, that is. I think I’ll get the kids back in the kitchen this week to help me prepare some of these salads and meals. Not exactly a freedom, but a step toward a future of culinary freedom. 
Celiac Family’s Menu This Week:
[3]Monday - Potato Salad, Baby Back Ribs, Green Beans
[4]Tuesday - Tropical Black Bean Salad with Chicken Taquitos
[5]Wednesday - Burgers, Corn on the Cob, Steamed Broccoli
[6]Thursday - Berry Fruit Salad, Roasted Chicken, Cole Slaw
[7]Friday - Flank Steak, Sweet Potato Fries, Spinach Salad
[8]Saturday - Pancakes, Bacon, Fruit salad
Sunday – leftover night
