What a wonderful & simple menu!! I have a jar of the tikka masala sauce, now I really want to try it! I will definitely have to pick up the paste next time I see it, upon your suggestion! ;-)

I'm still lurking around reading your posts. I'm not a big burger fan anyway and am perfectly satisfied with fries. I heard that their fries are not perfectly safe either but they don't bother me and I'm very sensitive. My daughter gets the bun-less cheese burger all the time and does just fine with it. I usually cut it up in bits and she eats it with a fork! :-).

Sunnie, don't despair! I don't really want to encourage you to eat at McDonald's, but the burgers do work for us. They cook them without the buns and put them on top of lettuce in a small plastic salad container. They also give us plastic utensils to eat it. And, you can always get a side salad (no chicken).

I don't know where you live, but there are other inexpensive places to eat gluten free. Chik-fil-a makes a very good grilled chicken salad. Their waffle fries are also gluten free. Boston Market has some good options, too. Check out my page about Eating Out for some other ideas. Hope you find something that works for you, until you start your own restaurant. :)

I was under the impression the grilled chicken was ok from McDonald's. All these years I have been eating them because getting a bunless burger is too risky for me since I am SOO..... incredibly sensitive and it is so messy. So I got right online and checked out McDonald's nutrition facts and sure enough there is wheat in the seasoning. I really want to cry. That was the ONLY thing I could eat out ever beside their fries. I guess I can't eat out ever again. What's the point in crying, I should have known. I don't eat out very much because we are a family of 8 and Outback is way too expensive for that so this was the ONLY safe place to go. OH WELL!! More reason I am wanting to start my own bakery/restaurant for gluten free only. It will happen, we are working on it.
