The Gluten-Free Menu Swap is being hosted by Angela at Angela’s Kitchen this week. The theme is Picnic and Camping Foods.
We are on the road, so my post is going to have to be quick. The first thing that comes to mind for camping food is trail mix. Made with a variety of your favorite gluten-free snacks, it’s great traveling food, too!
Celiac Family’s Menu This Week:
Monday - Eating Out – I’m hoping to find an Outback or a Red Robin on our road trip
Tuesday - Baked Teriyaki Chicken Tenders served with Rice and Broccoli
Wednesday - Grilled Steaks, Baked Potatoes, Spinach Salad
Thursday - Another night of Eating Out – Bonefish, maybe?
Friday - Rotisserie Chicken, Roasted Vegetables
Saturday - Egg and Hash Browns Casserole with a Berry Salad
Sunday – Pizza and a Spinach Salad
