Olives is the theme for this week’s Gluten Free Menu Swap. I love olives. Sliced black olives are a staple in our house. We add them to every Mexican-inspired meal: tacos, nachos, enchiladas, etc. But we love Kalamatas and green olives, too. Check out what I’ve got in this week’s menu below.
