Olives is the theme for this week’s Gluten Free Menu Swap. I love olives. Sliced black olives are a staple in our house. We add them to every Mexican-inspired meal: tacos, nachos, enchiladas, etc. But we love Kalamatas and green olives, too. Check out what I’ve got in this week’s menu below. (Click on the pictures for links to the recipes.)

And, don’t forget to review this week’s Gluten Free Menu Swap at Celiacs in the House, where Wendy is hosting this week’s roundup.

[…] Heather of Celiac Family has a lot of olive love going on in her menu this week. There’s pizza, a Greek salad, rice bowls with shredded chicken and avocado salsa, burgers, and a wild rice salad in her plan. […]

What a great week of dinners you have planned with lots of olives too. The rice bowl is a staple at our house in Asian and Mexican flavors. Have a good one.

Yum! Your menu looks delish. That wild rice salad is calling me! Gotta make that one. Thanks for sharing!
