Olives is the theme for this week’s Gluten Free Menu Swap [2]. I love olives. Sliced black olives are a staple in our house. We add them to every Mexican-inspired meal: tacos, nachos, enchiladas, etc. But we love Kalamatas and green olives, too. Check out what I’ve got in this week’s menu below. [6]Thursday - Greek Pasta Salad made with leftover Chicken and Kalamata Olives
[7]Friday - Burgers without buns this week, Corn on the Cob, Green Beans
