Simple Foods is the theme for this week’s Gluten Free Menu Swap. I think my family eats simple foods every day with an occasional meal that requires a little extra work. My young kids (6 and nearly 8 ) are slowing expanding their food choices, but really prefer plain foods most of the time. For the roundup of simple gluten-free foods, visit Cheryl at Gluten-Free Goodness.
