This week, Angela at Angela’s Kitchen is hosting the Gluten Free Menu Swap. She’s also celebrating her family’s 10-year anniversary of being introduced to the gluten-free life. As such, she’s chosen Celebrations as a theme for this week’s GF Menu Swap. Be sure to stop by her new site this week to check out all the great celebration foods!

There are so many favorite foods that I like to make for celebrations, but my first thought is for sweet foods. So, here are a few that come to mind:

Chocolate Egg Cookies - perfect for Easter celebrations

King Cake - a favorite for Carnival Season

Fruit Pizza - fun to make and even better to eat

Celiac Family’s Menu This Week:

Monday - Parmesan Chicken Nuggets, Spinach Salad, Potato Wedges

Tuesday - Flank Steak, Wild Rice with Mushrooms and Broccoli

Wednesday - Greek Pasta Salad with Chicken, Tomatoes, and Kalamata Olives

Thusday - Egg and Hash Brown Casserole, Fruit Salad

Friday - Broiled Tilapia, Rice, Asparagus

Saturday - Pigs in a Blanket, Kale Chips, Fruit Salad

Now I remember that I haven’t made your fruit pizza yet. I think that would be good for my April support group meeting. Now I just have to do it and make it gf/df. I think I can. 🙂 Another great food week at your house, Heather!
