You’ll find this week’s Gluten-Free Menu Swap at Angela’s Kitchen. Angela chose asparagus as the theme . Great idea. I haven’t cooked asparagus much lately. My kids don’t really like asparagus. But since it’s been a while, it’s time to try it out on them again! I’ll probably start with something simple like steamed asparagus or cooked with a little Parmesan and olive oil.
