I love pupusas! I am crazy about them! But they have been firmly in the “food I get in restaurants” category for me – it has never occurred to me to try making them. I hope yours turn out fantastic, and thanks for the inspiration!

Great looking menu. I hope you get to make those Pupusas. I love them. I stuff them with anything I have on hand. If you get stuck, give me a buz but I’m sure you’ll do great. It’s all in the feel of the dough and the hand work putting them together. Have fun!
