Here's my menu: http://greenvneck.blogspot.com/2009/10/menu-plan-monday-except-that-its-sunday.html

I don't use a lot of fresh herbs, either, but I do always have Italian parsley and cilantro on hand and often basil as well.

I saw a recipe for gluten-free naan <a href="http://www.celiac.com/articles/828/1/Gluten-Free-Naan--Roti---Indian-Flat-Bread-Gluten-Free/Page1.html" rel="nofollow">here</a> but haven't had a chance to make it yet. Maybe I'll get a chance this week and we'll have it with rajma masala.

Heather
The menu looks great. There is a gf naan bread in Carol Fenster's 1000 Gluten Free Recipes. I'd email it to you, but I loaned it to a friend in June and have to get it back. I've been wanting to try that recipe myself.
