I usually buy the plain chicken from Wegmans. There are no gluten-containing ingredients in it. However, they do have a warning about the possibility of contamination due to shared preparation areas. They put that warning on all products prepared in the store. I do buy a limited number of prepared items at Wegmans on occasion, and haven't had a problem with gluten. I have found some rotisserie chickens at other stores contain wheat from chicken broth and/or other flavorings. I avoid those, of course.

What store do you get your rotisserie chicken at? I assumed they had gluten in it. We used to get them all the time before the diagnosis.
