Thank you for your sweet comment, and for trying the recipe :D.  I&#039;m impressed that you were able to make them without the white rice flour--I need to learn how to use other flours more in my baking.  Working with yeast always makes me a bit nervous... actually, gf baking in general still makes me nervous (lol).  The pretzel recipe does yield a doughier pretzel than &quot;regular pretzels&quot;, if you&#039;re able to make them airier, let me know :).  I&#039;m always looking for ways to improve :D.  Have a wonderful weekend and thank you again for adopting me! :)</description>

		<description>Ohhhhhh pretzels.  See thats just not fair.  LOL.  I&#039;m a Philly chick you know and used to make my own soft pretzels here in the middle of no where all the time.  Adding this and bagels to the list of things I&#039;ll eventually get around to.</description>
