I'm impressed that you were able to make them without the white rice flour--I need to learn how to use other flours more in my baking. Working with yeast always makes me a bit nervous... actually, gf baking in general still makes me nervous (lol). The pretzel recipe does yield a doughier pretzel than "regular pretzels", if you're able to make them airier, let me know :). I'm always looking for ways to improve :D.
