		<description>I ran out and bought Pamela&#039;s mix after reading your meal plan for this week. I have found a locally made pancake mix I love that is GF..but I am open to new ones too!! Planning on some GF pancakes, GF bacon and yummy fruit for dinner! Great site...glad I found it yesterday!!! Your meal plans are great and are giving me wonderful ideas as someone newly GF!</description>
